Possible side effects may include: nose bleeds, loose stools, heartburn. People at risk of bleeding should be carefully monitored with fish oil supplements. “

According to Mayo Clinic“Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for good health. Try to get them from your diet by eating fish – grilled or baked, not fried. Fish oil supplements may be helpful if you have low levels of high triglycerides or rheumatoid arthritis.Fish oil appears to contain almost no mercury, which may be a cause for concern in some types of fish.Although generally harmless, consuming too much fish oil may increase your risk of bleeding and could affect your immune response. It is not clear if fish oil is safe for people who are allergic to seafood. Take fish oil supplements under the supervision of a doctor.

According to Dr. Lukyanovsky, “Capsaicin is studied as a potential visceral fat reducing agent and induces apoptosis and inhibits adipogenesis in preadipocytes and adipocytes. Epidemiological data show that the consumption of foods containing capsaicin is associated with a lower prevalence of obesity. Clinical evidence supports the role of capsaicin as an anti-obesity agent. There is a lot more to study, but there is potential. Possible side effects may include: “Irritation, burning, itching, numbness. The form of administration of this supplement must be well studied so as not to cause burning. Ingestion of capsinoids is associated with a significant increase in oxidation fat; and two common genetic variants may be predictors of response.”

The National Library of Medicine states, “This brief overview should make it clear that dietary capsaicin – and, probably to a more limited degree, non-pungent capsiate – has intriguing health-promoting potential.”
